To copy up your tournament data in the proper format, use the file,
right-click here for "Tournament_Upload_Template.xls" to propery format your document.
Save the file to your harddrive. Fill in the blanks. Copy and paste
the appropriate column into the box on the tournament request form.
Additional information will be coming, to help you extract the data
from existing bowling programs.

tournament.  Hint - DON'T copy and paste from a high end word 
processor, because Hidden Coes will be copied.  Try to use 
Windows' NOTEPAD Program for layout (go to the Start button, 
then to Programs, then to Accessories - it is Microsoft's 
Basic Text Editor!).

Only raw text is acceptable.  If you copy
and paste from a wordprocessor, change your font to Times New Roman,
and it is likely to copy correctly.  Don't use bullets, instead, type
the STAR character.  Break up sections using about 20 dashes, rather
than by inserting lines.  INCORRECT FORMATTING WILL MAKE YOUR AD LOOK 
STUPID.  I will not do extensive "corrections".
Averages:    The "upload" utility will format the text into the appropriate format.
Qualifying Team Standings:    The "upload" utility will format the text into the appropriate format.
Playoff Results:    This is the team standings AFTER playoffs.
FREE FORM - to be entered manually.
Other Statistics / Results:    Additional key information - such as winners of pyramids, high scores. This is free-format.
