handicap, starting after 9 strings have been 
bowled.
A minimum score of 75 is used.
All averages are "true" averages - the 75 minimum 
is only applied
to the team totals.
When bowlers are absent, do not subtract 5 pins - 
use their "real" average
if more than 9 strings have been bowled.
